Recipe of the Month: Blush Zero Proof Cocktail at Nami

Ingredients: Lyre’s Pink London Spirit, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, raspberry-lichi syrup, Fee Brother’s ‘Fee Foam’ vegan foamer. 

How to make: Add all ingredients and ice into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and strain. 

Serve in: Nick & Nora or a smaller coupe glass. 

Garnish: Rose petal spritzed with rose water.

1.5 oz. Lyre’s Pink London Spirit (zero-proof)

.75 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

.5 oz. fresh lemon juice

.75 oz. raspberry-lichi syrup

3 dashes Fee Brother’s ‘Fee Foam’ vegan foamer
