During our hour-long appointment we’ve soaked in the wooden tubs full of soothing warm water and antioxidant-hops blend, then relaxed in the infrared sauna, before cooling off on the hay bed. The treatment room is cozy, private and equipped with soothing music and a private restroom with a shower. It’s blissful!
And on top of it all, you can enjoy self-service craft beer from Ivanhoe Park Brewing on tap, or upgrade to include wine or sangria.
If you’d rather hop from one brewery to another then head to Historic Downtown Sanford where you can bounce among multiple brewers on 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue and Sanford Avenue, all within walking distance of each other and with great vibes.
