Tucked away in the up-and-coming community of Winter Garden resides Tia Bastian, a popular and sought-after pool designer. Tia grew up in Chelmsford, MA, attended Boston Architectural College (BAC) for Kitchen and Bath Design, and then graduated from the New Hampshire Institute of Art (NHIA) in 2010 with a degree in Interior Design.
Tia moved to the Orlando area in 2014 from Boston, where she was an interior designer and real estate investor. For 35 years, Tia and her brothers, who were building contractors, invested and worked together to transform foreclosures, remodel and resell properties with untapped potential, and build custom homes.
Her extensive experience in construction, design, and staging, coupled with her investment background, gave Tia the savvy and know-how to get homes sold quickly and for top dollar, even in a tough market.
